Mad Cucumber – vegan lounge was established in 2013 in Bournemouth, by a mad Polish couple – Kamil and Ewelina. Inspired and wanting to bring positive changes to the sunny, seaside town of Bournemouth, the quirky café was born. With the help of family and friends, the space that once held a hair salon was transformed into the rustic lounge it is today.
Our menu is designed to cater to a large range of allergens and intolerances, and our crew is always there to help if you have any specific dietary requirements. We offer a range of homecooked meals and delicious drinks. Providing everything from a wholesome salad to a hearty nut roast. Our specials board is updated every day, and our special drinks rotate throughout the season. If you’re still hungry after your meal you’re sure to find something sweet in our cake fridge, bursting with delicious goods – all baked right here in our kitchen.
Taking steps to help the planet and the animals that inhabit it can seem daunting. We hope to inspire that change through our food, and to bring everyone a little closer together.
